Yes. PHHS has a dedicated welfare support team that remains available even after deployment. We stay in touch with deployed workers, coordinate with employers when needed, and assist in addressing concerns to help ensure safe and humane working conditions.

How can I verify if PHHS is a legitimate recruitment agency?

PHHS is a DMW-licensed and government-recognized recruitment agency. Applicants may verify our license status directly through the Department of Migrant Workers or contact our office for confirmation.

What is an OEC?

The Overseas Employment Certificate (OEC) is an official document issued by the Philippine government that allows a Filipino worker to legally leave the Philippines for overseas employment.
The OEC confirms that:

  • Your job is legitimate and government-approved
  • Your employment contract has been properly processed
  • You are legally deployed and protected as an overseas worker

Without an OEC, a worker may be stopped at the airport and not allowed to depart.

PHHS assists qualified applicants in completing the requirements and securing their OEC before deployment.
